Закон о дарениях несовершеннолетним
Законы штатов, которые позволяют взрослому человеку действовать в качестве опекуна инвестиционного счета несовершеннолетнего без назначения его на эту роль распоряжением суда. Деньги и приобретения ценных бумаг рассматриваются как дарения и не могут быть отменены (аннулированы). Все покупки, продажи, дивиденды и проценты регистрируются на имя несовершеннолетнего.
